Every business in Lofoten can have a free listing with facts you confirm yourself. Featured adds one of at most two marked slots at the top of your category. This page is a short English version; the full one is in Norwegian.

Who this is for

Restaurants, cafés, cabins and rooms, guides, tour operators, museums, shops and services in Vågan, Vestvågøy, Flakstad, Moskenes, Værøy and Røst. Visitors reach this guide by searching for Lofoten; your listing gives them your facts and a direct way to your site.

    Free

    • A page with your location, season, opening hours and price-from
    • Website and Book buttons that go straight to your own pages
    • A provenance line on your facts: “Confirmed by the business” with the date
    • Included in search, on the map and in your category list

  • What Featured adds

    1 990 NOK per year ex. VAT · 2 487.50 NOK incl. VAT

    • A marked slot at the top of your category page and in explore results. At most two slots per list, labelled “Featured · paid placement”
    • A highlighted card with your photo (you give us a photo and a licence to use it)
    • A monthly click report from December 2026: how many outbound clicks your Website and Book buttons got, counted without cookies

Price and launch offer

1 990 NOK per year ex. VAT (2 487.50 NOK incl. 25% VAT).

Launch offer: Featured is free until 31 March 2027 for the first five to ten businesses that confirm their facts and give us a photo licence. Full price applies from April 2027; nothing renews without your yes.

A Partner plan (4 990 NOK per year ex. VAT, up to three listings) comes later. It is not sold yet.

What we need from you

  1. Your facts: name, place, season, opening hours, price-from, website and booking link. Reply to our e-mail or use the intake form we send you.
  2. Your consent to list the business, and a named contact for corrections.
  3. For Featured: one photo you own, with a written licence for us to show it.

How clicks are reported

Every Website and Book button on a listing goes through our own counted link before it reaches your site. We record the time, the listing, the button and whether the device was a phone or a computer. No cookies, no IP addresses, no profiles. From December 2026 every paying business gets a monthly report of these clicks, and your own analytics will see us as utm_source=lofotennow.

Independence

  • Paid placement is always labelled “Featured · paid placement”.
  • Featured gets at most two marked slots at the top of a list. The ordinary list below is ranked the same way for everyone; paying never moves a business within it.
  • No star ratings or reviews of businesses.
  • We write every description ourselves and never copy text or images from other sites. Corrections and removals are handled within 24 hours for free and paid listings alike.
